Until August 2022 Chris was CEO of Catch22, a charity and social business working through government contracts to reach over 100,000 users a year in need of cradle to career public services. Since stepping down after 11 years leading the organisation he has pursued a range of interests as an adviser, teacher, mentor and non-executive director working across the social impact space in the private, public and social sectors.
Amir brings a wealth of experience from over a decade of experience in Head of and C-suite Operational roles working in the information technology, housing and services industries. Specialises in Service Delivery, GDPR, ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, ITIL, PRINCE2 and Agile certifications.
A big 4 trained finance professional with over 20 years’ experience with an MBA from the University of Warwick. Proven track record of stewardship, financial leadership and decision support in all aspects of the business operations.
Rebecca started to specialise in Human Resources and took the opportunity to qualify and develop her skill set in the HR function. She moved into working with SMEs to help set up their HR and Payroll functions. After joining We Are Group in a Senior Operational role with HR responsibility, Rebecca assumed the Head of People role, responsible for all people, HR and recruitment matters.
Seema has over 15 years of experience in planning, communications, projects, and marketing. Since joining We Are Group, Seema has brought with her, her knowledge and experience from the energy, law, and social impact sectors.
Mike Harvey brings senior‑level experience in business development and organisational transformation across the public, education and social impact sectors, working with multiple stakeholders to design and scale services that support people furthest from opportunity. Mike combines strategic commercial insight with a deep understanding of how inclusive, well‑designed services improve outcomes for individuals and organisations alike.
David Scott brings 12+ years of public and private sector experience in product, education, and digital innovation.
With a background in leading development teams and improving public-facing services, he is passionate about creating inclusive human centred products that make complex journeys simpler for people.
Matthew has over 20 years of experience leading customer-facing services and managing partner and subcontractor relationships. He brings a wealth of knowledge from working across both the public and private sectors prior to joining We Are Group. With a strong strategic mindset, Matthew approaches his work with a focus on long-term value and continuous improvement. He also holds a Level 7 qualification in Strategic Management and Leadership.
Over 24 years experience as Head of Operations, quality, contract and delivery management. Working with internal and external stakeholders to drive performance to high standards. Ensuring outstanding customer service is provided through continuous process improvement, coaching, training, and performance management.
