This free service is available to anyone who struggles to complete their online court or tribunal form.

Whether this is because you do not feel confident or do not have regular access to a device or the internet, we will work with you to:

  • Complete online court and tribunal forms.
  • View updates and upload documents after the initial form completion.

How your support will be delivered:

  • A phone call with one of our agents.

  • A face-to-face appointment with one of our partners at a community centre near you.

  • A video call with one of our partners.
