Whether this is because you do not feel confident or do not have regular access to a device or the internet, we will work with you to:

  • Complete online court and tribunal forms.
  • View updates and upload documents after the initial form submission.

How your support will be delivered:

  • A phone call with one of our agents.

  • A face-to-face appointment with one of our partners at a centre local to you.

  • A video call with one of our partners.
