Having reached over 1 million people in 2025, our free Energy Advice service is there to provide support for reducing London households' energy usage and bills, whilst tackling fuel poverty. And we are looking to expand.
About the service
According to Ofgem, £4.15 billion worth of household energy debt has accumulated in the first quarter of 2025, impacting 3.5 million households. By individuals coming through to our Energy Advice service they are receiving support that can see them become financially better off, and more in control.

Becoming a referral partner
By becoming a We Are Group partner, you will become part of the change we are making to tackle fuel poverty and support vulnerable households across London.
You will provide practical support to those in need, acting as the first point of contact for accessing free support, whilst teaching them how they can manage their energy usage and reduce living costs.
