Our advice covers key topics, including:

  • tariff switching,
  • debt advice,
  • scam awareness,
  • grant applications and schemes,

allowing residents to make informed decisions about utility use and spending during challenging times.

And, to ensure the service is accessible, our advice is delivered over the phone, and also offers residents the opportunity for further support via callbacks.

Within its first month of operation, our Energy Advice service achieved a 100% customer satisfaction rate, with one customer sharing:
