Helping UK Power Networks achieve their strategic goal of tackling fuel poverty, our Energy Advice service empowers households at risk of or experiencing fuel poverty with practical advice and guidance, leaving no one behind.

Our advice covers key topics, including:

- energy and water advice
- tariff switching,
- debt advice,
- scam awareness,
- grant applications and schemes,

allowing residents to make informed decisions about utility use and spending during challenging times.

And, to ensure the service is accessible, our advice is delivered over the phone, and also offers residents the opportunity for further support via callbacks.

Within its first month of operation, our Energy Advice service achieved a 100% customer satisfaction rate, with one customer sharing:

***“They gave me really good information on how to save energy. They told me what light bulbs to use, and they gave me advice about turning the electrical equipment off when we are out for the day. It was really good advice.” ***​
